Returns & Changes
If the customer would like to return the order, he/she must handle it within the predetermined period of 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The cost of return shipping, and any additional charges, is at the full expense of the Customer.
The product must not show any signs of wear and tear: garments must not be worn, washed, shoe soles must not show any marks.
The security seal, company labels, packaging and any original accessories such as garment covers, dust bags, warranties, hangers with which the product was shipped must be present inside the return package.
All footwear and accessories must be returned with the original brand box which must not be damaged in any way or used as shipping packaging.
In the event that the returned products have defects as mentioned above, the boutique reserves the right to refuse the return and send the goods back to the Customer.
In the event that the customer receives defective merchandise, the boutique requests the immediate sending of demonstration photos to the e-mail address [email protected].
After receiving the return, the merchant reserves the right to inspect the goods (as written in the terms and conditions), after which it will issue refund on payment method used by the user.
To make the return, the customer must make a request through the appropriate section: RETURN REQUEST, in order to obtain authorization for shipment.
In any case, merchandise exchanges will not be authorized.
